Yes, all our ‘in-house’ courses, including content and duration, are customised to support and align with your business context, strategic direction and goals, competencies, values and your specific situations and scenarios.

Yes, many of our courses are now delivered online over Zoom or MS Teams as a result of Covid 19. Our online courses are highly interactive and enjoyable and participant feedback shows that they are receiving the same value as in-person courses. We also continue to provide in-person courses for clients who prefer face-to-face delivery.

Not yet.  We have had some requests for public courses, so we are  looking into it.  

So that we can provide you with a quote we recommend that we scope your requirements over a Zoom or MS Teams call. From there we can develop a proposal and quote for you to meet your desired outcomes.

For optimal participation and interaction our ideal number is 12, our maximum is 14 and our minimum is 6. 

We certainly do. We can evaluate the effectiveness of our courses on two levels – the reaction from participants to the information and delivery (the ‘smile sheet’ evaluation) and the impact that our courses have on their success at work and outside of work.
