In a nutshell, the work we do with people leaders assists them to step into their self-mastery. Self-mastery, also known as self-leadership, is the foundation from which leaders are able to effectively lead others.
Self-mastery is about being a conscious leader and possessing the emotional intelligence to understand, manage and motivate yourself and to handle what life throws at you. Duration
Our Stepping Up to Leadership training course is typically a one to two-day course and can be delivered as an in-person 2 x 2 day programme of development with a one-month gap in-between blocks. This course can also be delivered online as eight half-day modules delivered two weeks apart.
Participants are supported with pre, interim and post-course blended learning activities and Peer Reflection Groups

Brandheart’s Conscious Leadership course takes your experienced people leaders to the heart and soul of what being an effective and conscious leader is all about. Our customised leadership development courses for experienced leaders typically range from two to six days in duration, often delivered incrementally over a period of weeks.
Participants are supported with pre, interim and post-course blended learning activities and peer reflection groups. This course can also be delivered online as half-day modules.
