Yes, all our ‘in-house’ courses, including content and duration, are customised to support and align with your business context, strategic direction and goals, competencies, values and your specific situations and scenarios. Click here to find out how we do this.
Yes, most of our courses are now delivered online over Zoom or MS Teams as a result of Covid 19. Our online courses are highly interactive and enjoyable and participant feedback shows that they are receiving the same value as in-person courses. We also continue to provide in-person courses for clients who prefer face-to-face delivery.
Yes, we deliver public workshops. They are a great way to develop yourself or your staff as an alternative to commissioning an in-house training programme. This can be helpful for small business and individuals.
For our customised in-house courses, we provide a proposal and quote once we have scoped your requirements with you during a Zoom call. You can book a Zoom call here.
For optimal participation and interaction our ideal number is 12, our maximum is 14 and our minimum is 4.
We certainly do. We can evaluate the effectiveness of our courses on two levels – the reaction from participants to the information and delivery (the ‘smile sheet’ evaluation) and the impact that our courses have on their success at work and outside of work.
