Brandheart’s customised training course: Influencing and Negotiating for Successful Outcomes, is delivered in an immersion environment in which participants experiment with a range of influencing tools during workplace simulations.  Participants will enhance their skills, while building their self-awareness and increasing their understanding of the psychology and neuroscience that drive stakeholder  behaviour and commitment.
