Duration

Our Stepping Up to Leadership training course is typically a one to two-day course and can be delivered as an in-person 2 x 2 day programme of development with a one-month gap in-between blocks.  This course can also be delivered online as eight half-day modules delivered two weeks apart.

Participants are supported with pre, interim and post-course blended learning activities and Peer Reflection Groups

Our customised leadership development courses for experienced leaders typically range from two to six days in duration, often delivered incrementally over a period of weeks.
