Claire Wynn – Director and Principal Trainer
Claire is the managing director of Brandheart, the company she established in Wellington in 1998.
Claire’s experience as a corporate trainer is extensive. She has designed and delivered training courses for organisations at all levels: Boards, CEOs, Senior Executives, Senior Leadership Teams, Members of Parliament, Elected Councillors, front-line delivery teams and staff.
Claire’s training style is engaging, insightful and humorous. Participants report that Claire’s courses are transformational, assisting them to make sustainable shifts in both their mindsets and behaviours, resulting in a positive impact on their lives inside and outside work. When Claire is not working with her clients, she can be found in the great outdoors tramping and mountain biking or growing organic veges and herbs, painting the occasional piece of abstract art and enjoying time with friends and family.
Rachel Matheson – Principal Trainer
Rachel brings to Brandheart a depth of experience as an international facilitator and coach. With a Business degree, Rachel has vast experience in leading projects and staff across a number of industries including tourism, exporting, banking and construction.
Rachel is a certified mindfulness coach and a qualified facilitator in the international Personal Efficiency Programme (PEP) which has seen her deliver programmes throughout Australia and New Zealand within the private and public sectors. She is passionate about enabling people to understand their mindset, to support sustainable workplace change and to thrive during times of uncertainty.
Rachel has an energetic, engaging training style and has a passion for assisting staff, leaders and aspiring leaders to be the best they can be in their roles, while maintaining a healthy balance in their life. When Rachel is not working with her clients she can be found playing tennis, playing with her cats and dogs, tramping, skiing, doing yoga, attempting the occasional tricky jigsaw puzzle and parenting her three daughters.
Mia Dowman – Interactive Media and Administration Lead
Mia is an essential member of the Brandheart team – she keeps the gears turning behind the scenes as the Interactive Media and Administration Lead. With her strong organisational skills and her wonderful way with people, Mia supports our Brandheart trainers and clients to ensure they have everything they need to achieve their desired results.
Outside of work, Mia can be found in her permaculture garden with her husband, three children and her five hens. She also loves making home herbal remedies and the most beautifully decorated cakes for friends and family.
