Designing your team development workshop

Designing your team development workshop begins with Brandheart scoping your desired outcomes, exploring any issues to be addressed and understanding your business context.  This stage also includes obtaining feedback from team members and the people leader regarding the team’s strengths and development opportunities.  Once we understand your requirements, we then design the workshop process and activities to achieve your desired outcomes.

Workshop duration

The structure and duration of your team building workshops can be tailored to suit your team and your desired outcomes. The workshop process may typically consist of three sessions: one full-day and two half-day follow-up sessions.
